wow, sorry for the total falling-off the face of the earth there.  i started a new job a few weeks ago and it’s basically been sucking up all my time because i get up at 6 am and don’t get home until 6 pm and it’s kind of killer.

in all honesty, i am…not 100% sure i’ll be able to continue with this art askblog, largely because i’m re-evaluating my life and trying to balance out having a healthy work-social-internet life.  we’ll see how it goes. i’ll keep you updated.

in the meantime, i just want to thank all of you for having seen me through one of the most amazing times i’ve had on tumblr, and i want to give my love to all of the amazing chibi blogs and blog runners out there that i’ve been so lucky to meet. you all are fabulous.

the first time it happens, tenzin is a mess, and pema has to repeatedly calm him down. 

the second time it happens, tenzin controls himself better, with only the tightening of his fists belying his anxiety.

by the fourth time it happens, it’s become routine, and tenzin brings a book with him as the air acolytes crowd around the entryway, watching with smiles as rohan shrieks in delight, chubby fists wrapped in white fur, as oogi makes slow steady circles around air temple tower.
